Major General John H. Russell, USMC, was the 16th Commandant of the Marine Corps. The Major General John H. Russell Leadership Award established in his honor by the Marine Corps University Foundation, is presented annually at a luncheon to a distinguished American whose commitment to personal and professional excellence embodies those qualities of leadership and character uniquely associated with the United States Marine Corps.

Next click 'View Invoice' within the yellow box at the top of the page, then click 'Pay by Mail' within that yellow message box. If paying by check, print the invoice from this page so it can be included along with your payment. Now, follow your companies internal process to generate payment for this event and mail the invoice along with full payment to the address listed in the yellow information box on the invoice.
